GA²LEN is a consortium of 31 partners: 2 European societies representing researchers and patients, 2 SMEs and research institutes. 
Prof. Paul van Cauwenberge, form the University of Ghent, Belgium, is the Coordinator of the Network.

The network is managed by an Assembly composed of representatives of partners, an Executive committee and a Management team, the "GA²LEN office". All partners are actively involved in the different research programmes or task forces.

GA²LEN Dissemination
Based in Brussels, the dissemination team is in charge of the communication and dissemination of information on GA²LEN, within and outside the network. The team aims to promote the flow of network information to the general public, via the lay press, and to medical and other professional experts, via the specialised press.

Integration, Joint research, dissemination activities
Integration activities and the joint research programme are organised in Work Packages (WP), headed by WP leaders.
